Yellow Coconut Curry

1 packet Goan Coconut Curry Starter
1 cup Water
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 lb. Fish, seafood or shrimp
1 cup vegetables
Combine 1 cup boiling water with contents of packet to create sauce.
Add oil to medium sauté pan, lightly cook seafood for 2-3 minutes.
Add Curry Starter sauce to the pan with fish, seafood or shrimp and vegetables, bring to low boil. Lower heat and simmer 10-12 minutes, or until all ingredients are thoroughly cooked. Serve over rice if desired.
