Yellow Coconut Curry


Capture the fragrant, lightly sweet flavors of Goan coconut curry with our one-step Goan Coconut Curry Starter, a blend of spices, coconut milk powder, tangy tamarind, and fragrant lime leaf.

  1. Combine 1 cup boiling water with contents of packet to create sauce.

  2. Add oil to medium sauté pan, lightly cook seafood for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add Curry Starter sauce to the pan with fish, seafood or shrimp and vegetables, bring to low boil. Lower heat and simmer 10-12 minutes, or until all ingredients are thoroughly cooked. Serve over rice if desired.
