  • Cook and chill to use as a base for salads

Couscous Blend

Our Couscous Blend is a colorful blend of three types of traditional couscous ⎼ plain, tomato, and spinach flavored pasta pearls.

  • Cook and chill to use as a base for salads
  • Serve with lamb, chicken or vegetables

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, contains 2% or less of tomato powder, spinach powder, annatto & alfalfa extracts (for color). Contains wheat.

Italian Orzo Blend

Our Italian Orzo Blend is a colorful mixture of three types of rice-shaped orzo pasta ⎼ plain, tomato, and spinach flavored.

  • Use hot or cold in place of rice in risottos, soups, or salads
  • Cook with stock and herbs to add subtle flavor

Ingredients: Enriched durum semolina flour (flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine, riboflavin), spinach powder and tomato powder. Contains wheat.

Pearl Couscous

Pearl Couscous, also known as Israeli couscous, are petite, peppercorn-shaped pasta pearls.

  • Use for soups, salads, curries, pilafs, and stir-frys
  • Chill and toss with marinated vegetables
