Green CUrry Chicken

1 1/2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
8 Ounces Chicken Breast, cut into small pieces
2 Tablespoons Thai Coconut Green Curry Powder
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Small Green Pepper, stemmed, seeded, and sliced
2 Small Red Chile, cut into thick strips
1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
1 Tablespoon Palm Sugar, Or Brown Sugar
6 Basil Leaves, torn
Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on bottom, about 3 minutes. Add curry powder and stir well. Continue cooking for 1 minute.
Add broth, green pepper, red pepper, fish sauce, palm sugar and basil. Allow broth to come to a simmer, reduce heat to maintain steady simmer, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Serve with white rice.
