Thai Green Coconut Curry
Our one-step Thai Green Coconut Curry Starter is a mildly spicy and lightly sweet blend of spicy green chiles, ginger, lemongrass, and coconut. It’s simple way to create this delicious Thai green curry in minutes.

1 packet Thai Coconut Green Curry Starter
1 cup vegetables
1 lb. chicken, shrimp, or tofu
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup water
Combine 1 cup boiling water with contents of of packet to create sauce.
Add oil to medium sauté pan, lightly cook chicken, shrimp or tofu and vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
Add curry starter sauce to the pan with, bring to light boil. Lower heat and simmer 10-12 minutes, or until all ingredients are cooked thoroughly. Serve over steamed rice if desired.
