Sriracha and Honey Roasted Acorn Squash


Our Sriracha Seasoning Blend captures the garlicky sweet chile heat of the popular hot sauce in an easy-to-use, shelf-stable form. Here, it's sprinkled onto sweet roasted acorn squash along with honey making for a truly memorable side dish.

  • 2 Medium Acorn Squash 

  • 1 Tablespoon Sriracha Seasoning Blend

  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

  • 1 Teaspoon Fine Ground Black Pepper

  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, melted


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Rinse squash with cold water. Cut squash in half, and lay halves down flat and cut half rounds, about 1-inch thick. Scrape out seeds.

  3. Combine Sriracha Seasoning Blend with salt and pepper. Brush each squash slice with butter and honey and season both sides with spice mixture. Arrange squash on baking tray and sprinkle with remaining butter and seasoning.

  4. Transfer to oven and roast squash for 15 minutes, turn pieces over, and roast for another 15 to20 minutes. Squash should be very tender, but not falling apart.
