Jamaican Coconut Curry With Chicken
Jamaican curry is trademarked by the heat of fruity habañero chiles and spices like clove, anise and allspice. Our starter makes creating this delicious curry easy and quick.

8 Ounces Chicken Breast Or Thigh, cleaned and cubed 1"
2 Small Yellow Potatoes, cooked and cubed 1"
1/2 Small Onion, chopped
1/3 Cup Jamaican Coconut Curry Starter
1 Cup Water Or Broth
Fresh Chopped Cilantro
Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add the oil. When the oil shimmers add the chicken and cook until browned.
Separately combine the Jamaican Coconut Curry Starter with the liquid and reserve.
When the chicken is nearly cooked add the onions and potatoes, cook for 2-3 then add the starter/water mixture. Stir this while it simmers until a creamy sauce forms that lightly coats the vegetables. Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice.
