Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Chile Lime Adobo Seasoning
Bone-in chicken thighs are marinated then coated with a blend of lime juice, green onions, brown sugar, and our Jamaican Jerk Seasoning to create this sweet and spicy Caribbean-inspired recipe.

10 oz Shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp Chile Lime Adobo Seasoning
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
4 large diced pieces Red onion
4 large diced pieces Red bell pepper
2 each, cut in half White mushroom
½ each Avocado, cut in slices
½ each Fresh lime
In a small stainless bowl, mix the Chile lime adobo seasoning with the vegetable oil. Add the shrimp and toss very well to coat all over. Let sit for one hour.
Soak four 8 inch bamboo skewers in water.
Starting with marinated shrimp, alternate with red pepper, onion, and mushroom, using 4 shrimp per skewer.
Grill over an open grill preheated to medium heat, turn once, and cook until shrimp is cooked through, about 3 minutes on each side. Garnish with avocado slices and lime wedges. Serve hot.
