Country Style Pork Ribs with Smoked Peppercorn Sage Rub

4 country-style pork ribs
½ cup Smoked Peppercorn Sage Rub
1 cup bbq sauce of your choice
2 tsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Dredge the country-style pork ribs in Smoked Peppercorn Sage Rub, covering all parts of the ribs. Refrigerate for at least one and a half hours, or overnight.
Heat a charcoal or gas grill to medium-low heat. Brush the grill with 2 Tbsp of vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
Season the ribs with kosher salt, and place on the grill. Brush with barbecue sauce, allow to cook for a few minutes, and turn, repeating as necessary. Move ribs to the coolest part of the grill, and cover lightly with foil. Continue cooking and turning every few minutes, and re-cover with the foil to cook through, about 35 minutes. Depending on thickness, the internal temperature should be at least 145F on a meat thermometer.
