Chile-Lime Adobo Mango Salsa
Chile-Lime is a classic condiment for fresh fruit in Mexico. This simple salsa also features the sweet, smoky and spicy flavors of classic adobo seasoning. It is delicious served with grilled foods and roasted foods, or with tortilla chips.

2 Tablespoons Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Peppercorns Dustless
1 Tbsp Chile-Lime Adobo Seasoning
2 Cups Roma Tomatoes, diced
1 1/2 Cups Diced Mango
1/2 Cup Onion, diced
1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Teaspoon White Sugar
Whisk together lime juice, cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and Scorpion Chile. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, and stir until evenly incorporated. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
