Bulgogi Beef Skewers


Beef Bulgogi is a Korean barbecue favorite. Our Bulgogi Seasoning balances savory soy sauce and garlic with sweet brown sugar, piquant red chile flakes, and zesty ginger, creating the perfect marinade for juicy beef.


Prep time: 10 min | Cook time: 4 min | Serves: 2 portions



  • 1 lb Beef short ribs or ribeye steak

  • 3 Tbsp Bulgogi Seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

  • 10 each 6-inch bamboo skewers

  • Kimchi


  1. Cut the beef into ½ inch cubes. Toss well with the Bulgogi seasoning and vegetable oil.  Let marinate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.

  2. Preheat an open grill or broiler to high heat. Soak the bamboo skewers in water for half an hour. Skewer 3 pieces of meat on each skewer.

  3. Brush the hot grill with a swipe of vegetable oil to season the grates. Grill the skewers for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

  4. Serve hot with kimchee or another favorite sauce.
